lately, i've been in a tad pinch of a depression when one of my classmates said i had a fat face. she was dead serious also ( i was super pissed that she was blunt about it ..ugh yeah )
anyhow right now i hate 21 percent body fat and i weigh 122.
I'm thinking of loosing 15-20 pounds by loosing 5 pounds every month to reach my goal.... if i do that will my face realllly show a difference?
i mean when i was 11 i had a small face the size of a cd... . and my bone structure is small so if i loose weight on my cheeks will it reduce the size? help please and if you do can you show weight loss pictures of the faces of a before and after.... or if you've lost alot of weight and there was a really big noticeable difference in the face...
i don't want anyone telling me ohhh your going for 100- 105 pounds that's unhealthy....
i don't want your critism or your standards on what's going to be best for me...
i really just want help on this...
