Landscaping Question?

Landscaping Question?

Postby chippedfingernails on Fri Oct 23, 2009 12:01 am

We have a large paddock ( I would say about 4 acres)

that is sloping land, it is very steep but flat-ish a t the bottom, it has a big pond in it, it is surronded by pine trees and eucalptes at one end.

I want to make this land more workable, at the moment, we just have the horse in the paddock, he loves it, but I would like to section it off for chickens, pigs, and a couple of sheep along with a dog run.

How can I make the land less steep? and easier to walk up and down!

Think about terracing it with steps between levels. You could section it off where the terraces are.
