It's been a little less than 9 months and I've lost around 60 lbs. I've just been exercising and not eating as much. I take a 2 mile jog everyday and I don't eat fast food, I cut out fatty foods such as cookies, ice cream, chips and all that stuff. I drink only water. And I try to be as active as possible. My family thinks that I have an eating disorder or am taking weight loss pills which I'm not. I don't no if it's a good thing or bad thing that I've lost 60 lbs. in under or around 9 months. I just wish they'd stop thinking that I have eating disorder. Do you think it's a good or bad thing that I've lost this much weight. I used to weigh around 185 lbs. and now I'm around 125.
