Is this enough to lose weight off my hips?

I'll be doing the following daily:

Riding an exercise bike

Squats

Lunges

Lifting weights

Raising each leg while lying on my back (forgot what it's called)

Sit ups

Taking my dog for a walk around the park.

Eating healthily



I've only started doing this today. I started off only doing each for a small amount of time, but each day I'll do a little bit more so my body will gradually get used to it.



Is this enough to lose weight?



Also, most days I don't go out anywhere, so basically this is all the exercise I'll get.

Exercising helped me to lose lots of weight when I joined it along with using acai berry. I understand they say that pills won't work, however they certainly worked for me, and they have been featured on CBS News too. The only thing that will help you to get rid of the weight on your hips is cardio. Lunges, squats, all that will just tone your muscle underneath so when the fat is gone you will be toned. Weight lifting and cardio exercise will be the best thing.

Its good that you started slow. I've stuck to exercising for over 3 months now going on 4, and the only way i did that was by starting slow. So keep up what your doing and try to get that cardio (biking jogging or walkin the park) up to between 30-60 mins eventually and you'll be doing great. Good luck, and keep it slow n steady! always wins the race
