I'll be doing the following daily:
Riding an exercise bike
Squats
Lunges
Lifting weights
Raising each leg while lying on my back (forgot what it's called)
Sit ups
Taking my dog for a walk around the park.
Eating healthily
I've only started doing this today. I started off only doing each for a small amount of time, but each day I'll do a little bit more so my body will gradually get used to it.
Is this enough to lose weight?
Also, most days I don't go out anywhere, so basically this is all the exercise I'll get.
