Is this diet okay for fast weight loss? PLEASE ANSWER?

don't try to talk me out of this im over weight.



Breakfast.

8:00 - Glass of semi-skimmed milk, one whole meal toast with nothing and an orange.



Lunch.

1:15 - Skinless boiled chicken breast with veg a glass of fresh squeezed orange juice.



Snack. (The apple if hungry, the milk is not optional)

4:00 - Apple with a cup of milk.



Dinner.

7:00 - Boiled Salad with tuna :)

Then Laxatives.



2-3 liters of water a day.



I will be walking/jogging every morning before school for 1 mile or 2.

the 1 week spark teen boot camp

an hour of dancing every day.

i walk around 4 miles a day not including in the morning. so in total about 6 miles roughly.

im going kickboxing for one hour, twice a week.

and cycling for half an hour once a week in the mornings.



how much will i lose each week?

im 5'5 and 160 pounds.

I have checked out every diet in the book but nothing worked as good as acai berry. I understand they say that pills don't work, however they sure worked for me, and they've been shown on CBS News too. There is a free trial going on currently at http://rycunmy.parfumrabais.com , why not try it, why not?

your not eating enough
you will only loose weight if you keep to this for the rest of your life.

you need to eat more as your metabolism will be greatly affected.
to keep a high metabolism you have to eat every 3-4 hours!

this diet is not healthy. Laxatives should not be part of any diet regime. and i would recommend varying the food a lot more to ensure that your getting all essential nutrients. and to reduce incidences of food intolerance.

Your weight, age and other variables aren't listed, so its impossible to determine your caloric requirement and therefore your weight loss.

Do not use the laxatives, they will make your bowels dysfunctional and disrupt your blood chemistry. Two liters of water daily in addition to your food based fluid intake is excessive.

Your proposed diet does not include enough milk or carbs to be healthy and has too much protein as a percentage of calories. Add a second piece of toast or some whole grain unsweetened cereal to breakfast. Add whole grain bread or brown rice or whole wheat pasta to lunch and dinner. Add a glass of milk to lunch. Add more veggies.

You can safely lose 1-2 lbs a week. This diet, with my proposed changes and your proposed exercise should give you close to 2 lbs per week.

Hi
I have checked your diet its normal. Exercise is a good way to keep fit. I think you should try pills also.Drugs are also helpful to improve health. There are very powerful and well reviewed fast weight loss pills which will help you to lose weight fast.
