is this a reasonable weight loss plan/goal and any advice?

is this a reasonable weight loss plan/goal and any advice?

Postby AlexM on Fri May 01, 2009 8:42 am

I have 45 days to try and lose about 11-15 lbs. I currently weigh 141 lbs and would like to be 127-but have to be 130 for sure. I am about 5'2 just for extra info.

I wont have a gym to go to in 45 days, so I try to work out everyday and burn 500-600 calories each day, and do weights every other day.

My biggest problem is eating. So, I am going to try to drink juice/water and fruits/veggies through out the day, and have a reasonable sized dinner of things like skinless chicken, rice, fish, etc. I also want to try and cut out sweets as much as possible, and same with whites (no flour, pasta, etc.) Obviously not always, but very very limited.

SO, I will try to eat 1200 calories or less a day.

Is this too extreme, not enough, or just right? What else would you recommend I do? I honestly HAVE to start today. I just cant be putting this off anymore, and I want to feel good about my body for this summer.

thanks for any help!

raethrop, I have been trying to lose weight for about 6 months now and have tried almost every single weight loss pill thats out there... 99% of them don't work, I say 99% because I recently tried one that is starting to show some real results, acai berry pills..? so far I have been taking them for 2 months and I have lost 22lbs! YEAH ME.. 28lbs to go, but anyways I got them for free from this website, they may still be doing it.. not sure but check it out.

I have lost 40 lbs. in 3 months and I know this will work. Eat small healthy meals every 2-3 hours, eat your last meal 2-3 hours before you go to sleep. Do not starve yourself or your body will go into survival mode where anything you eat will be turned into FAT. This will help you a lot but if you want more results you can exercise 3-4 days a week, include weight training and especially cardio (walking especially running). If you set your mind to lose the weight you will lose it and when you start seeing how good you look you'll want to keep going.
Good Luck
