It all depends on your lifestyle and how active you are.

That's not very healthy at all I'm afraid. A perfetly balanced meal needs a portion of wholegrain carbs, protein and fruit or vegetables. Here are some examples of a healthy breakfast:
Porridge with milk and berries
Weetabix or bran flakes with milk and fruit
Eggs on wholegrain toast and a glass of juice
Yogurt, banana and granola.

Way to little! Have'nt you ever heard breakfast is the MOST important meal of the day, and should be almost the largest meal?
Breakfast (break.fast) - breaks the fast between the large span of sleep to the awakening of the body helping revulate the metabolism with more food.

You've got the calcium and fruit content in you're breakfast now you just need protein and a whole- wheat startch.
Try adding a slice of whole wheat toast (1/2 bagel) with 2 tbsp of peanut butter or slice of toast with 1 egg and 2tsp margerine
Adding a cup of "special k protien" cearel with added yoghurt or milk and a chopped banana might be a good idea too.

Hope i'v helped, goodluck!
