Is there anything free I can use to edit/compile cgr files?

Hey, I have Notepad ++, and I need a program that will allow me to edit/compile cgr files. Notepad ++ doesn't work with them. Are there any good free programs I can use?

Well, I'm not sure if this is what you mean but I want to edit CGR files for a game. The game is done with Quest 3D.

There are several different programs that use the CGR file extension. Which type are you referring to?
