Is swimming a great exercise to lift and firm breasts?

Postby compassion2007 on Sun May 10, 2009 5:14 am

I am 5' 2.5" and I wweigh 175 lbs. I plan on losing 30-40 pounds this summer so I m wondering if swimming is a good exercise to tone the chest so that when I lose the weight my breasts on't sag, they'll have a nice shape. What else does swimming work?

I had way too many pounds in all the embarrassing areas until I tried out acai berry, I know they say that pills will not work, nevertheless they certainly worked for me, and they've been shown on the Rachael Ray Show too. There is a free trial happening at the moment at http://ussedablit.desi.me.uk , try it out, why not?

Well not many exercies are going to do that...

You could do some workouts for your pec muscles, swimming does work that.

Won't really change your boob shape though (I'm a swimmer, I'm on a team three seasons out of the year).

Swimming works just about every muscle. My legs and back are pretty toned up from it. You'll need to do ab work though.

Good luck! (:

Swimming is a great workout for your entire body, not to mention specifically really good for arms & legs, and even your abs. To keep your breasts from sagging, I would say adding weight training as well as push ups to your workout routine would do the trick.
