It shouldnt hurt, maybe you are doing it to hard on yourself, ease up a bit, maybe try some lube (conditioner in the shower is good!)

It was clear before and only dripped out because that is pre-c um. The white is actually sperm. If it continues to hurt, I would consul a doctor.

Dude. The first thing that came out was preejaculate. This is clear, acidic material that comes out of the penis first to "clean the canal" prior to ejaculation.
