Is it better to do a steady jog for 30 mins or HIIT for 20 mins?

I've found a site that says to do HIIT for maximum fat loss. its 30 seconds of full out sprint, 60 seconds of walking, 30 more of sprint, and so on for 6-12 sets of that. I really thinkin of trying it. Anyone else do Hiigh Intensity Interval Training? (HIIT)? I've been exercising for over 3 months now but i do tae-bo an its gettin boring.

It would just feel weird going from 50 mins tae-bo to around 20 mins of HIIT.

how often do you do it? 5 times a week or only 3? im reading lots of different things

I've tried it and I like it, and trust me if you do it right, it won't feel weird at all when you get done with twenty minutes of HIIT. You should be very relieved

The most effective way to burn fat is to consume less and exercise more, the problems surface when we in reality attempt to put that into practice!
