I've found a site that says to do HIIT for maximum fat loss. its 30 seconds of full out sprint, 60 seconds of walking, 30 more of sprint, and so on for 6-12 sets of that. I really thinkin of trying it. Anyone else do Hiigh Intensity Interval Training? (HIIT)? I've been exercising for over 3 months now but i do tae-bo an its gettin boring.
It would just feel weird going from 50 mins tae-bo to around 20 mins of HIIT.
how often do you do it? 5 times a week or only 3? im reading lots of different things
