your goal is VERY unrealistic. Even the contestants on the biggest loser work out 6 hours a day and their diet is monitored very carefully, and they have doctors on sight to help them out. that's how they lose so quickly. it is not realistic for someone to lose that much weight on their own that fast. eat right, exercise, and set realistic goals for yourself.

You should try cutting down your foods and jump on those tredmils! you got months and months ahead of you. give it 5 months and do constant running and working out along with cutting down ur calories and fats.

Drink a gallon of water a day. Work out...must be alot of cardio...Eat lots of fruit and veggies...cut out white bread and soda. NO SODA! If you do this the weight will slide off of you fast. Remember not to starve yourself. Eat 5 or 6 times a day...small moderate portions. Don't give up and best of luck to you.

Oh yeah eat alot of fish if you like you.

oviously, u should work on your diet, like no sodas, fatty foods, carbs, etc. do a lot of running, and work out in the gym. a few good machines for weight loss are the rowing machine, and eliptical (must put on higher difficulty setting, or it will do nothing). if you wanna lose it fast though, u might wanna consider taking a suppliment. u can get them in any store like gmc.

ive been struggling with my weight my whole life. its not fun, but i was over weight then i did a strict diet and excersized everyday for about 45 mins on the treadmill. then when i lost 30 pounds i stopped excersising and ate normal (biggest misteak ever!) then i gained alot of weight back. so when u get to your goal weight keep a healthy diet. when you excersize just think to yourself how u will feel and look in the end. latley i have only been eating when my stomach is ACTUALY GROWLING. im loosing weight this way. tip: dont watch tv... when i watch tv all i do is eat. so sence i havent been watching tv i dont eat just because im bored or somthing. also tell yourself if i get to my goal weight i will reward myself with a gift, like maby a new cell phone... somthing that will make you keep going. good motivation. maby get a trainer. :) i hope this helps
