oviously, u should work on your diet, like no sodas, fatty foods, carbs, etc. do a lot of running, and work out in the gym. a few good machines for weight loss are the rowing machine, and eliptical (must put on higher difficulty setting, or it will do nothing). if you wanna lose it fast though, u might wanna consider taking a suppliment. u can get them in any store like gmc.
