If you were going to fix a bouquet for yourself, what flowers would be in it?

Organically grown flowers, grown inside the United States.
I believe that too many of the flowers you buy in professional florists' shops are raised using lots of dangerous chemicals down in Central America; then the flowers are flown by airplane to the United States.
The environment takes a big hit both from the pesticides and herbicides used by the growers and from the jet fuel.
I like the idea of buying things from Central America; those people down there have to live, which means somebody has to sell and buy something to make it possible. But I don't like the chemical poisons going into the ecosystem.
