Tape your mouth shut is a much better plan. Or tie down your arms. Or STOP EATING WHEN YOU ARE FULL. And only eat fruits, vegetables, whole grains and nuts to get back on track from bad habits that are making you think the only cure is to throw dangerous drugs down your throat.
