I would like to loose weight..10 points..pic included.?

I am 20 years old and 5 ft 1..132lb...and I want to be between 115lb and 120lb...I have love handles and a pudgy tummy that I want to get rid of.....I was thinking about doing yoga..but seems kinda hard...i wanna tone and get rid of my pudge.



What can I do to slim down?...I know most of u are going to say cardio..etc..but can you give me a time frame of how many days and hours?? thanks!

well, at least 30 mins 4 times a week of cardio I would say is the minimum to burn some fat, I have been doing 1 hour of cardio at least 5 days a week with some weight training, and lost about 12 in like a month with lowering my calorie intake..I am 5'5 and weigh about 135 and have a tummy and love handles ..hate those things lol I just want to get ready for summer :)



BTW you look good! but I understand how you feel lol

So I'm close to your same measurements....I'm 5'2 and weighed 129 about 3.5 weeks ago. Now I'm 119! Although I'm 30. :( LOL!
So here's how I did it - I do an hour of pilates 3 times a week, go to the gym for about an hour and a half and work-out HARD 3 times a week (cardio and weights) and on the 7th day I do a hike or some type of cardio activtity. Also, and most important, I've cut my calorie intake to 1200-1500 a day. It was REALLY hard at first, but I've kept with it because I've been eating really healthy. No processed foods, no white sugar, etc. I've always had a hard time losing weight because I didn't stick with it. I love junk food and it's been hard to stay on track, but I'm proof that diet and excercise REALLY work. ;) GOOD LUCK to you!

Hay why you think that you want to loose some wight. You arevery pretty and have good physic. I don't think so you are wright, but if you really want to loose try these tips-

For some reason a lot of people have been asking me lately how to lose 12 pounds in 2 or 3 weeks. I don't know why the number 12 has become so popular, but I decided to forget about that and concentrate on the question itself.

First of all, is it even possible to lose 12 lbs in 2, 3 weeks? The answer is a resounding yes. In fact, it has been done numerous times in the past by all kinds of people of different ages and genetic makeup. Whether you yourself will succeed is something which I can't answer with any certainty, but if you take the right steps you do stand a good chance to lose 12 pounds in 2, 3 weeks.

I want to lay out 2 ways in which this can be done. You can choose whichever suits you the most:

1. Use a cleansing diet like the Master Cleanse. This diet can flush out of you a whole lot of weight in a very short time. In fact, the maximum duration you should use this diet is 10 days, just to give you an idea of how powerful it is in terms of fast weight loss. However, you should know that this diet doesn't let you eat a lot, and so you'll may feel tired at the end of it. Can it help you to lose 12 pounds in 2, 3 weeks? There's a very good chance.

2. Another way to try losing 12 lbs in 2 or 3 weeks, is to use a Calorie Shifting diet, mainly the Fat Loss 4 Idiots diet. This diet is much easier than a detox diet, but it provides a slower rate of weight loss. The diet specifically promises that you can lose 9 pounds in 11 days, and there are some people who do achieve that, but know that not everyone does. You can also calculate that you will not be able to lose 12 pounds in 2 weeks flat, but by 3 weeks it can be done.

Whichever diet you choose remember that after you lose the weight you want, it's up to you to lead a healthy lifestyle which will enable you to maintain your weight loss. I wish you the best of luck.

Well, honestly, just eat normally, but excercise ALOT. If your life has a busy schedule then wake up a little earlier or sleep a little later and use that time to do some early morning or late night exercise.

I'm just like around 5'1.. I was 105lb before I had my 2 kids and I gain 35lbs bringing me up to 140lbs.. but with consistent exercise for the past 2 years.. I'm down to 110lbs, which is not bad.

Just do lots of cardio.
