I woke up at 5am today and started smoking yesterday to lose weight, now i have the diarrhea and have to go?

I'm sorry to tell you but smoking isn't gonna make you lose weight like you want to. Exercising and eating good is the only thing that's gonna work, and drink coffee if you want to up your metabolism. Smoking just makes it harder to exercise, and it's bad for you. I tried the same thing for about 3 months and it didn't work, and now I'm addicted to smoking, and still haven't lost any weight. And I also get diarrhea when I smoke because I'm allergic to them, I actually got tested by an allergy doctor, and they said I am, so I'd stop smoking if I was you. There is really no point.
