I'm a Pisces female. It was a brief encounter. It just seems like a lot of work to keep a Libra male interested. I've done some research on the Libra male. Signs have nothing to do with it. He is being what most woman would call it a typical male. Act like you don't give a good f*** and let him see you acting like you just don't care or that he is invisible to you. If he really liked you he would pursue you. Get a date and invite him over. Let him see your not stuck on him. Men tend to want what they cant have. If it comes to easily they give up. They like to chase. So give him something to chase.
