I want to install an under worktop electric double oven and a ceramic hob, is it okay to have these hardwired together? The cable is 6mm twin and earth, and the cooker switch is 45A

yes its ok to do that,the combined load with everything on at once would be about 46 amps, however there is a thing called diversity which means you will never have all 4 rings and both ovens and grill on at the same time.
You may find it difficult to physically fit all cables into the cooker outlet,so you might need to use a 45A junction box.

Its not recommended but you could get away with it if the total max current rating for all stack-up to 45A or less
