I need to lose weight (PICS)?

I am 14 years old (almost 15) , male, and about 184 lbs. I am about 5'4''. My stomach is quite flabby and protrudes, and a have a flabby chest. Could someone people give me a detailed analysis of my current weight and fatness (by my bmi and pics) and also give me a plan for what i should do in the future based on those results? Also, could someone please give me a link to a good weight loss tracker/journal? thanks!

Well im too 14 and nearly 15 im kinda fat too
well some suggestion one of it is
try karate it not only helps u reduce in weeks and also
u get strong an u learn somthin
or try normal exercises daily itll take time

You are a good size to get a great body. Yes you are a little over weight, but if you tone up the girls will love you. I recommend skipping, do it for 30 mins to an hour a day and within 2 weeks you will notice the difference, within a few months you will be very happy. Mix that with some press up every other day to work on your pecks and you will be fine.

DO NOT start using weights you are to young and could cause yourself damage. Wait until you are in you are 19 at least to start doing weights.

okay first of all your not as bad as you make yourself sound. Next don't listen to anyone who tells you to drink tea or take a pill, if you want to lose weight you have to work for it. If you want to tone up try running three times a week for thirty min to tone up your stomach and you can also do sit-ups and crunches ( about 50 each a day) and as for you chest your best bet is weight lifting and push-ups. For weight lifting I would start off with 10-15 pound dumbbells depending on how strong you already are, and do 2-3 sets of 10-12 reps for starters building up to 3-4 sets of 10-15 reps and do chest presses, bicep curls, triceps extensions and definitely do push-ups try 25-50 for starters(do girl push-ups if you can't do regular ones, i.e. where your knees are resting on the floor) and build up to 50-100 regular push-ups and you'll look like Usher in no time.
