I need to lose weight (PICS)?

okay first of all your not as bad as you make yourself sound. Next don't listen to anyone who tells you to drink tea or take a pill, if you want to lose weight you have to work for it. If you want to tone up try running three times a week for thirty min to tone up your stomach and you can also do sit-ups and crunches ( about 50 each a day) and as for you chest your best bet is weight lifting and push-ups. For weight lifting I would start off with 10-15 pound dumbbells depending on how strong you already are, and do 2-3 sets of 10-12 reps for starters building up to 3-4 sets of 10-15 reps and do chest presses, bicep curls, triceps extensions and definitely do push-ups try 25-50 for starters(do girl push-ups if you can't do regular ones, i.e. where your knees are resting on the floor) and build up to 50-100 regular push-ups and you'll look like Usher in no time.
