i need to loose as much as possible in 2 weeks. i know about diets and excerise. but what kind of excerise? what kind of stuff should i eat? what kind of stuff shouldnt i eat? i need help! im going to be in a bathing suit in 2 weeks! ( i need to loose wait in the stomach) if i need to do sit ups, how many a day? how much will i loose? i apreciate all answers! thanks you soooo much in advance.
