What things can i do to get rid of my thigh fat? like what kind of exercises?
And to eat:
What are good things to drink? instead of soda's?
And for like chips and what are things I should stop eating?

and please remember my parents think i shouldn't lose weight and im 12 so give me things that are not like nutrition drinks and stuff like that! thank you!
oh and I can't like go on a diet where I have to order things and stuff!
