I need to have food that i can substatute with bad food?

So i want to lose some weight. . .

Not tooooo much because im already a good size

What things can i do to get rid of my thigh fat? like what kind of exercises?



And to eat:

What are good things to drink? instead of soda's?



And for like chips and what are things I should stop eating?

Please give me something to substitute it with

and please remember my parents think i shouldn't lose weight and im 12 so give me things that are not like nutrition drinks and stuff like that! thank you!

oh and I can't like go on a diet where I have to order things and stuff!

Also, NO PILLS! Im not taking the risk of anything happening! And please jujst tell me dont give me links!

, I have been trying to lose weight for about 6 months now and have tried almost every single weight loss pill thats out there... 99% of them don't work, I say 99% because I recently tried one that is starting to show some real results, acai berry pills..? so far I have been taking them for 2 months and I have lost 22lbs! YEAH ME.. 28lbs to go, but anyways I got them for free from this website, they may still be doing it.. not sure but check it out.

Good substitute foods are fruits (grapes, apple slices, berries, etc). If you want your sweets, 100 cal packs are good, Popcorn is a great alternative. Try Kool-aid with splenda or Poweraid zero. /if you want fizzy, Wal-mart and target have carbonated fruit waters that taste awesome. Just watch what junk you eat. Instead of sugary cereals like Cinnamon Toast Crunch, opt for Cheerios :)
