Ok So Im 17 years old and Im trying to lose weight. Im not really obese, just trying to lose the extra pounds I have. I'm eating less than before, I have eliminated soda, candy, fast food and anything that is pretty much unhealthy. Im doing lots of exercise. Ive gotten pretty descent results. I have lost 11 pounds in the past two weeks. I went to GNC on Thursday to buy something that will provide me with vitamins and will give me more energy. I was looking for a multi vitamin. The guy recommended I buy the Mega Men Vitapak and also recommended I get some Syntha 6 protein. I only bought the multi vitamins but he gave me a free sample of the protein, I tried it and liked it. I want to buy it now, but Im afraid it will make me gain weight, will it make me gain weight if Im doing the exercise Ive been doing? My daily exercise consists of mountain biking for about an hour and a half, running for 30-40 minutes, some sit ups and some dumbbells.Im thinking of just using the protein as a morning breakfast. Please help me! Thanks everyone, but please no negativity =]
Please dont recommend diet pills I think im too young for that, plus im not that fat to need that
