I am 14 years old, I am 6 foot 6 inches and still growing. And I am close to 200 pounds. I feel like I need to eat less because I eat a lot, you can see why. I am in Grade 9 and taller than every grade 12 in my school. I think what I'm asking is, what should I eat and when and how much. Basically a nutrition plan, I exercise a lot so I work everything off. I still think I need to eat healthier and how much to eat because I'm hungry even without the exercise. Sorry for the long description but could someone help? Oh and yes I play a lot of basketball for those who are wondering.
