I make 46K a year salary. I will be bringing in around 200K in consulting income. Should I be making more?

When you say that you will be bringing in around 200k in consulting income, are you saying that you're generating revenue for your boss?
If so, then, you should be making much more than $46,000 / year. There should be a bonus structure applied to the revenue. Perhaps, 25% of the revenue above your base compensation.
For example, if you generate $200,000. And if your base compensation is $46,000. Then, you should receive a bonus of 25% of $154,000.
