I'm worried about excess skin when i reach my goal weight loss number?

I want to lose 100 or more pounds, not quickly like 15-20 pounds a month if i can stick to it good enough, but im worried i will have all the extra skin. how can i avoid this?? im only 16 i dont need all that extra skin becuz i might as well just stay fat! help?

if you lose it right your not going to have a problem with the "excess" skin

You need to lose 1-2 pounds per week by walking and eating a ballanced diet. You need to drink 64 ounces of water per day. Don't eat more than 1200 calories of healthy foods.

Eat like this

Breakfast
snack
lunch
snack
diner

If you eat like this you will build up your metabolism and if you continue to walk every day and eat like this your going to lose the weight and keep it off for life. This is a life long regiment to keep you healthy and the weight off.

Yes it is going to take some time but you didn't get this much weight over night either.

If you do it slowly like I have suggested then your skin will shrink to fit (to put it simply).....

See your doctor before you do any kind of excessive work out so that you make sure your healthy enough to do it without hurting yourself permanently

Okay, my mom was in your shoes at one point. She lost 110 pounds, and when you lose that much weight, I'm sorry, but there's extra skin. To be brutally honest, there's a LOT of extra skin.
But I still believe you should lose weight. I'm 15, I have 60 pounds LEFT to lose, I know what you're feeling.
My mom got something called a tummy tuck, where they remove the extra skin once you are done losing weight. Its about 8,000 dollars, but your insurance might cover it.
It feels so much better to lose the weight. Even after ten pounds, I feel so good. People are complimenting me and everything.
