I've heard natural weight loss is the way to go--your opinion? Thanks!

A balanced diet (watch what you are eating, but don't deprive yourself of anything) plus exercise and just keeping active (sure you could get drive down the street, just walk it instead) is your best bet for healthy results.

You can always take pills and starve yourself if all you want to do is lose weight while destroying your body.

Think about the fact that people didn't need diets in the past, we are just getting lazy and we eat more than we actually need.

Hey Mandy,
I've suffered from a lot of issues with my weight over the years. I've worked with personal trainers and have cut calories, fat, etc. You name it! Do you drink a lot of water? That's what you really need to be doing. Water hydrates you throughout the day and really helps speed up your metabolism. I've included some more information about great tips on nutrition and fitness. You just need to take a sensible approach to your weight loss and don't be too hard on yourself! Good luck and keep up the good work. Weight loss is a constant struggle--I know! :(

Experts recommend that you accumulate one hour of physical activity every day to stay healthy or improve our health. Obviously this is also good if you are trying to lose weight and keeping it off.

The rule is the more intensive the activity is, the shorter the duration of exercise. As you progress into activity with moderate intensity, you can cut down to 30 minutes a day for four days per week.

There are 3 types of exercise that your body needs to keep healthy - cardiovascular, flexibility and strength. Cardiovascular activities are those ranging from moderate to vigorous exercises.

Here are some of the light, moderate and vigorous activities:

Exercise is just as important as food consumption when it comes to losing weight, but the only method that definitely showed results for me is green tea, it can be viewed in the resource box below, they have a limited number of free trials left, it has been reported in Reader's Digest and USA Today. I melted away twenty five pounds, it definitely does produce success!
