i have had knee pain for years, my doctor took x-rays he says there is nothing wrong and pretty much just ignored me after that so i moved to the next doctor he did the same thing except he didnt ignore me so i move to the next doctor and so forth they all take an x-ray then tell me it looks ok i tell them where it hurts but no doctor seems to be able to figure it out. when i was i kid i did a lot of jumping off of stuf and up till i was 14 played a lot of soccer now about 3 months ago my elbows started hurting same pane as my knees they just hurt all the sudden the other day i was cutting my hair with buzzers and i couldnt even do it at a certain angle because it would hurt my elbow real bad. now just about a week ago i am sleeping like crazy i took a nap today about 2:00 afternoon and i woke up the next day 4:30 A:m which is today. and just the other day i slept all night plus all day the next day plus all night after that but before this i couldnt ever sleep at night, its strange when my girlfriend stays the night here i cant sleep she will crash out but my mind will not shut off but when she not here i sleep wonders!! and get up early i dont sleep 2 days i only do that when she is here but i forgot to mention i have had fatigue problems before this i was always tired! but not just tired also drained i was checked for mono i was checked for a thyroid problem and i am tired of doctors because i have to tell them what to check for they're fucking morons excuse the language i'm just tired of them out here. i'm 19 yrs old by the way i feel like i'm going to die or something HELP!!!!!!!! Your knee pain is due to the shortening of the tendons of the muscle that controls the kneecap. It now pulls the kneecap into your knee rather than letting it glide over the knee. When you get it lengthened again it will go back to gliding and the pain will be gone.
Kneecap: (Use a chair that has no cross members on it.)
While sitting start with your leg out in front of you extended out to a comfortable length. Wrap your hands around it so you have a good two inches working area. Place your thumbs about two inches behind your knee and press into the top middle of your leg hard and hold. Relax. After 30 seconds, slowly slide that leg back until it is pulled up under the chair as far as you can make it go. Then release the pressure but hold your leg there for one minute longer.
