I have never taken diet pills, but I saw on Oprah that this berry has way more benefits than just weight loss. Is it worth the cost? Anyone else tried it?

Actually, you don't need to diet as such if you want to lose weight, the sole method that really delivered for me was green tea, it can be seen in the resource box underneath, they have a small number of free trials in stock, it has been reported in Reader's Digest and USA Today. I worked off twenty pounds, it really does work!

I've tried every diet known to mankind but nothing worked as good as acai berry. I understand they say that pills will not work, nevertheless they certainly worked for me, and they've been showcased on CNN too. There is a free trial happening at the moment at http://pebecl.doriordan.com , try it out, what's the worst that could happen?

I've been using acai berry products for a couple of months now and I've noticed that yes they do work. I used them when I wanted to trim off about 15lbs.

I knew that diet and exercise alone wouldn't help me achieve that goal because I was a big time mid afternoon snacker, so this was my main reason for using the acai berry. Since after reading alot about them they looked like a great way for me to curb those appetite urges.

And guess what they did. The acai berries helped to curb those mid afternoon urges I had which meant when I did exercise I was actually losig weight, instead of just exercising away that bag of Doritos I had snacked on that afternoon, lol.

So how did it take me to see results with the acai berry? Well after about 2 months I was able to loose that 15 lbs and now I no longer need the supplements and can manage my weight and appetite on my own.

I found my free trial bottle of Acai from the site below

I have been through it all and know what's it about. The main thing is to stick in there. You can't be an addict to food and never exercise if you want to live a healthy life and keep the weight off. I've worked out, done every diet, and all types of classes.

Nothing works, besides dedication and intelligence towards the subject of losing weight.

First, depending on how much weight you need to lose, your diet is the first concern. You can't eat 10,000 calories a day and expect the weight to come off, even if you are exercising a lot. Which brings us to the next thing. Duh, Exercising...

This is a must especially if you need to a lot of weight. Get at least 30 mins of some good hardcore exercising. Do some cardio, in the long run, it's good for the heart.

However, I find the most hardest part of losing weight/keeping it off, in my diet. It's so hard to keep your fingers out of the cookie jar or those chocolate goodies. I've found a great addition to help any one out, it's a natural weight loss supplement called Proactol. Now don't get all crazy on me and say diet pills don't work. That is true, but not in this case. This one isn't meant to burn pounds while you sit on the couch. It's an appetite suppressant, along with being a fat binder. I saved money on the pills at theweightlossplace dot com along with getting some good info. It basically makes those fingers not go towards the cookie jar. For me it's the best pill I've tried and I've tried cupboards full. Now this doesn't mean you have to follow my foot steps but I've successfully lost roughly 70 pounds and keeping it off til this day.

Well good luck and remember what I said, Dedicate.
