I'm a girl & I want abs QUICKLY?

I'm 14, 5'2, 109 lbs. I want abs by the end of the month.



I allready know that w/o burning body fat all you're doing is building abs under your fat but I want to know what is a quicker way to build abs & lose body fat?



I HATE running. Its absolute torture to me. Are there other/better/easier cardio things I can do to lose the body fat?





Pretty much, what's the fastest, easiest way you know of to get abs?

I don't want like body builder abs.

Swimming! Swimming is amazing.
Swim an hour everyday until the end of the month and im sure you will see some really good results.
And it doesn't make you feel tired or in discomfort when you swim.

Same i HATE RUNNING. So you can do crunches, pushups, skip rope try to do aerobic dancing or any other dance that involves moving. It worked for me and now i have 4pks. hope i helpd

biking...swimming (summers coming so thats good!)....and walks with your friends. i usually lose like..10 lbs. over the summer because i do so much fun exercises and i dont realize it!

For me, dancing was great, I'd continuously roll my stomach and do twisty stuff which really helped imo. um... thinking.. Do you mind crunches? the burn can actually feel really good. lol I'm not a masochist O-o
losing body fat, well as everyone will tell you "eat less" but because you're a woman you need to couple that with working out everyday. Just do crunches 25-50rep 3sets. Hell you could break it up throughout the day. Um walking on top of that. 10000 steps is, VERY approximately, 500calories. It's the roughest estimate But still an estimate. So do crunches, dance and go for long walks. Make sure your walking is fairly fast, no slacking off and scuffing your feet on the ground. Pretend you have somewhere you need to be and walk at a nice brisk pace.

i want a flat stomach w/ outlines of my abs as well... which i don't have yet :(... i bought some ab workout dvds, and i do them a couple times a week... they seem to help a little... i also heard yoga was good for firming up... the balance ball is supposed to be good for the abs.
