I'm 14, 5'2, 109 lbs. I want abs by the end of the month.
I allready know that w/o burning body fat all you're doing is building abs under your fat but I want to know what is a quicker way to build abs & lose body fat?
I HATE running. Its absolute torture to me. Are there other/better/easier cardio things I can do to lose the body fat?
Pretty much, what's the fastest, easiest way you know of to get abs?
I don't want like body builder abs.
just a flat stomach w/ the outlines of abs (:
