zaina, I have been trying to lose weight for about 6 months now and have tried almost every single weight loss pill thats out there... 99% of them don't work, I say 99% because I recently tried one that is starting to show some real results, acai berry pills..? so far I have been taking them for 2 months and I have lost 22lbs! YEAH ME.. 28lbs to go, but anyways I got them for free from this website, they may still be doing it.. not sure but check it out.

Tell your dad that he should bring home fruits instead of donuts, and you should try just running a little bit. Just make sure you exercize. and if your family goes to get fast food, try getting a salad instead

Wow, I honestly think I would die if I were in your situation. Kudos to you for sticking this out! My best advice would be to call up your family doctor, and ask for a referral for a nutritionist in your area. Not only will it help you get back to a healthy weight, it might also help you family with their bad eating habits.
Good luck!

Hm, I think you should first talk to your parents about it and then involved in some sort of program. Any gyms near you? As always, eat around 500 less calories than you burn(I recommend eating 1200 and burning 1700). If you can afford it, I highly recommend getting a personal trainer from the gym. It's hella expensive but worth it, if you stick to the plan.

Have you talked to your parents about how you feel about your weight? Im sure if you have a conversation with them and tell them you want to eat healthier, they wouldn't mind picking up some fruits or veggies or anything else that you might desire. As far as losing weight, the best thing to do (besides dieting which usually means you count your calories and eat anywhere from 1200-2000 calories a day) is exercise at least 30 minutes EACH day & drinks at LEAST 8 glasses a day of water. This exercise could be as simple as just walking around the block :)
Also, if you find that you are eating/drinking lots of junk food, try giving up soda - my sister did that and lost 10lbs. & one more reminder, it's a proven fact that the body often confuses hunger with thirst. So the next time you want a snack or something, try drinking a whole bottle of water and see if that helps :)
Good luck!!

You're just going to have to try to reason with your parents and tell them you'll prepare your own food if you have to. Get easy stuff like eggs, high fiber-sugar free cereal (like All-Bran is good), skim milk, maybe some soup or frozen meals for lunch and/or dinner, etc. You can check out "Yahoo Groups".....there's groups for literally everything and they're free and supportive. Try to get yourself more active also, like fast walks to start....

Tell them plain and simple that you want to lose your weight and you don't want to eat that junk food anymore(tell them politely though) Then they might spend some money on fruits and veggies that you can eat :)

I'm glad you exercise, but eating like that would make it nearly impossible to lose weight.
