I know i'm obese but I don't really have a support group to help me lose weight, and i'm 14?

Have you talked to your parents about how you feel about your weight? Im sure if you have a conversation with them and tell them you want to eat healthier, they wouldn't mind picking up some fruits or veggies or anything else that you might desire. As far as losing weight, the best thing to do (besides dieting which usually means you count your calories and eat anywhere from 1200-2000 calories a day) is exercise at least 30 minutes EACH day & drinks at LEAST 8 glasses a day of water. This exercise could be as simple as just walking around the block :)
Also, if you find that you are eating/drinking lots of junk food, try giving up soda - my sister did that and lost 10lbs. & one more reminder, it's a proven fact that the body often confuses hunger with thirst. So the next time you want a snack or something, try drinking a whole bottle of water and see if that helps :)
