I have been working out for a few months and I'm now noticing a change in weight & my clothes...?

Postby AmandaS on Wed May 06, 2009 12:05 am

The Summer is right around the corner and I want to speed my goal up a bit. I'm considering taking a Weight Loss Supplement, but stuck between two choices.... ECA STACK or DREN MHP....

I'm a female... 5'5 and weigh 168... Would like to drop 20 lbs by July 4th. I've also changed my eating habits.

I know about side effects.. I'm asking opinion of which supplement is best... I want an answer for my question, thank you.

Don't take weight loss supplements. They have bad side effects. NOT SAFE. Go to the gym 5 days a week or more and spend atleast 2 -21/2 hrs there doing both cardio(more) and weights. Watch what u eat and u will def see results.

The formula for losing weight is easy - eat less and workout more often - the problems arise when we actually try to put that into practice! There are lots of temptations in the real world don't you think?! The sole thing which definitely delivered for me is green tea, it can be seen in the resource box underneath, they have a limited number of free trials in stock, it was featured in Fox News and USA Today. I melted away thrity pounds, it definitely does produce success!

How about you just try Weight Watchers? I'm 5'5 and weighed 160...it's been two months now and I weigh 147 lbs (this is with very limited to no exercise because I have leg problems). With more exercise, I can't even imagine what I'd have lost.

Don't do diet pills. They're not good for you.

There is this work out thing. It is called the P90X. Look it up. But what it is you work out each day for one hour. Every other day there is an ab ripper. There are about 349 crunches in all. You may be tired, but it helps a lot. It will give you muscle, but you will also lose the weight you want gone. Also, it has a diet plan. Weight loss pills never work. Try the P90X!

Thermogenics are awesome. ECA Stack is FINE if used correctly. Just mind the dosage and be careful not overdue your caffeine while on them. I use them when in the cutting phase of my workouts and they have helped me zero in on areas that wouldn't lean out.

PLEASE take some time to research H.I.I.T. before you spend "two and a half hours" in the gym. 15 minutes of H.I.I.T. 4-5 times a week and you'll be absolutely amazed ...it'll kick your butt though!

Good luck with your goals!

Weight loss became a huge problem for me until I used acai berry. I know they say that pills won't work, nevertheless they sure worked for me, and they've been shown on the Rachael Ray Show too. There's a free trial going on currently at http://mositc.rychta.net, why not try it , what have you got to lose?

pttht. If you are old enough to buy it, just get Extra Strength Sudafed 30 mg Pseudoephedrine. Way safer in my opinion with no ill effects to speak of, but I only speak for myself.

1/2 a tab (15 mg) with food and water in the morning and 1/2 a tab with food and water about 4 hours later, but no closer than 6 hours before bed unless you enjoy tossing and turning and/or awesome nightmares. Limit use to 3 days a week for no longer than 12 weeks. You WILL develop a tolerance if you take it every day, so don't, unless you enjoy the idea of becoming a pill popping stimulant addict.
I'm NOT a doctor. I'm not telling you it's safe, but in my experience, no drug is safe. Pseudoephedrine has a long history of being safe to use at the proper dosages for short term use only. I don't know what is proper dose for YOU, but I will tell you that if you have never taken it before, do not take the dosage recommended on the box. I would never give a child a whole tablet (the recommended dosage for children on the box) and I would NEVER take two whole tablets (the recommended amount for adults) either. It was just too much. I followed the box instructinos and I had stomach cramps, dizziness, diarrhea and felt itchy all over. I am HEALTHY with no issues to speak of, so I can't imagine what might happen to someone with an undiagnosed health problem or high blood pressure.
NOW THE WARNINGS:
PLEASE don't take any kind of stimulant if you have or have EVER high blood pressure, thyroid issues, kidney/liver issues or heart issues. Ask your doctor if pseudoephedrine is safe for you to take occasionally for a short term. (12 weeks is considered short term)

If you have had any sort of substance addiction, then stimulants are probably not a good idea. All stimulants are addictive in the sense that your tolerance increases quickly and you need more to maintain it's desired effects (which in your case, is to expedite your fat/weight loss). (If you find yourself taking them because of the mood elevating properties, then stop taking it BEFORE you develop a raging addiction to it.) Control the substances you take or they will control you.

be well. peace.
