I have 40,000 in medical debt. I pay out more in bills every month that i make. Wwhat should i do?

I make barley 1,000 a month and pay out 1,200 a month in bills. I cant affort rent food or even the basic things we all need. I want some ideas on how i can get this debt figured out so i can live my life.

You need to get a better or an additional job to pay the money you owe the people who did work for you in good faith.

move home with parents. get a roommate get a 2nd job
$1000 a month is less than minimum wage at 40 hrs a week

im really sorry you have such large medical bills.
you must live in the usa because it is one of the few places ( or
maybe only one where its possible to to accumulate such large debts)
in advanced economies.
i live in australia and it would be beyond most peoples comprehension
that someone, especially on a low income, would be expected
to pay medical bills of this magnitude.
could your parents at all help you out? are there any gov. schemes
to help people on modest incomes with large medical bills?

Well it is time you sit and figure it out. There are many option in front of you. Take the help of your financial adviser and figure it out. Once you do that you can find a way to distribute the money better.
You can make more money by doing freelancing and other jobs. I would suggest you spend some time on the options you have.

think about filing bankruptcy. with a health condition and low income you will never be able to get ahead.
