i have been working out alot lately to lose my baby weight and get ready for the beach.
i did yoga stretches and cardio for about an hour and then went running for an hour. when i walked in the door after my run i felt light headed and i fell to my knees!! im ok, i drank water and layed down. but that really scared me. why did that happen?
i have been working out 3 hours a day, everyday. (one hour in the morning and 2 hours at night) and this is the first time this has happened to me.
whats going on??
