i fell down after an hour long run...?

i have been working out alot lately to lose my baby weight and get ready for the beach.

i did yoga stretches and cardio for about an hour and then went running for an hour. when i walked in the door after my run i felt light headed and i fell to my knees!! im ok, i drank water and layed down. but that really scared me. why did that happen?

i have been working out 3 hours a day, everyday. (one hour in the morning and 2 hours at night) and this is the first time this has happened to me.

whats going on??

Low blood sugar. Just make sure you're not working out on an empty stomach and thoroughly hydrated and you'll be fine. Also make sure you're getting adequate rest every night so you don't get fatigued. A 3 hour daily workout is pretty intense.
