I am house hunting and looks like market is slow down. Does anybody knows why market is down?

2-3 weeks ago there were 20 houses in my area on the market but every week the acount get lower.

Why is like that? I am in california over at los angeles area.

That only means the Inventory is being absorbed! that's a good thing, if you're a seller. If you're a buyer that means less product to choose from and thus a scarcity! But fear not, another wave of foreclosed homes is just around the bend. The trick is to be prepared w/your loan approval ready to go so when the perfect house hits the market you can be there to make a well informed offer to purcahse on it!
