check the recycle bin it is usually on the deskstop screen on the top left.
that is where the things you delete goes except for programs that you remove in the control panel. Go to recycle bin and restore them from there. If you delete them from the recycle then you have problems...You might need to get a software that allowed you to recover lost files. But for now you have a good possibility that your audio might be in the recycle bin.

Thats not a problem.
U can use softwares like undelete,recover my files,get data back etc.
Undelete is freeware.
