you are the average joe who thinks he is in great shape so doesn't really workout..
well your wrong.
to maintain a nice set of abs the largest part is diet.. im not saying go on jenny craig or some bs like that im saying eat as close to natural as possible. take in more protein. stay away from carbs (breads,pastas, etc..) and finally workout.. i tell everyone this! you cannot target fat loss.. Some guy tried to sell me Mid-Section fat loss supplements. i looked at him like he was an alien or something... so the only thing you can do is to workout every part of your body.. stomach fat is usually the last section of fat to be burned but just to clear this up you can sit down and curl (arm workout), so your working your arms only, and burn fat on your pinky toe.. its just the way the body works so take advantage of all those muscle groups you were given at birth oh and also, don't listen to these stupid people your 17!!!!!!!!!! YOU DO NOT NEED FAT LOSS SUPPLEMENTS!!!!!!!!!! I don't care how fat you are your an active kid your metabolism is faster than you think believe me.
