How to exactly make money with CPA (Cost Per Action) and LCPA (Local Cost Per Action) by selling leads?

Hi, as an ambitious and adventurous online entrepreneur with a charismatic character of an enthusiastic people's person (easily approaching and getting along with people from all walks of life), I have been lately thinking of seriously cashing in on trying to source leads for local businesses (trades) in order to sell it to them in return for a commission.

First of all, I would like to kindly ask you how I could find out on potential leads sourcing opportunities or where I should look out for in order to find specific leads for some of my local businesses or trades like cleaners, decorators, plumbers, etc. And, perhaps more importantly how to find out what kind of businesses or trades are now desperately looking for their prospective customers or leads?

Is there any place on the internet where I could get these leads or I need to create my own ways of sourcing the leads?

I would greatly appreciate it if we could chat more in details later either via Skype or phone with a possibility to also meet up in London at mutual convenience.

There are lots of ways to get qualified leads.. the main thing is to think as a customer and add value to them..

for plumbers.. etc.. I'd go to the trade shops.. and the online review sites.. top london plumbers etc..

Where did your last 10 customers come from?

If you want an online guide.. the quickest way can be ppc.. but is expensive if you're not careful..

If you're tech savvy and your clients..are .. go to the web.. gumtree.com, squidoo etc..

if there not.. go to their trade associations.. look in yellow pages..
look at their clients.. or the people who service them..

there are also companies where you can buy or rent email lists etc..
