how to cook chilli crabs?

--clean up the crabs
--cut it into pce (@ crab usually into 6 pcs)
--prepare a lot chopped garlic + chilli (depends on how hot u can take)
--a little bit black bean if u hv (n fine chopped them also)
--2 t/p of cooking wine (or any other wine)
--1-2 long spring onion (cut them into an inch long)
--some pepper + salt
--burn up the wok 1st w/ oil
--when the oil gets hot... put all the black bean, garlic, chili into the wok
--when u smell them...immediate put the crabs
--stir fries it quickly + add salt and pepper
--under it turn all 'orange' (abt 5 mins) add spring onion
--stir for 2 more mins
--add cooking wine around the edge of ur wok
--then DONE
