How to approach a business for selling their products or services on eBay as a London based eBay trader?

Hi there, if you're an experienced London based eBay trader, I would greatly appreciate it if you could briefly advise me on how to approach businesses and agree a deal of selling their products (e.g wii, nintendo, xBox, etc) or services (e.g web design services) on eBay as an eBay trader in return for a commission.

I have recently started selling my own private items on eBay (e.g books, cd records, keyboards, etc) with intention of becoming a regular eBay trader selling the hot selling niche products or services of the local businesses.

Here, I still do not understand how to actually approach to agree selling a business's products or services that would be drop-shipped by a professional drop-shipping company, so I don't have to worry about the dropshipping myself.
