...If I

-Walk my dog every day for at least a mile

-Go jogging occasionally at the state park [There's a 2.5-3 mile trail there for runners.]

-Do a couple hundred sit-up/crunches & push-ups a day.

-And exclude any type of junk food from my diet

The key for losing weight is simple - eat less and move more - the issues appear when we really try to put that into operation! There are loads of opportunities to fail in the real world don't you think?! The one thing which definitely worked for me is green tea, it can be viewed in the resource box below, they have a limited number of free trials in stock, it was highlighted in Reader's Digest and USA Today. I lost twenty pounds, it definitely does produce results!

hmm i'd say at least 10-15 pounds, but it all depends on how many times a week you do these activities and how much you eat.. it also depends on how dedicated you are to loosing weight. Hope this helps =D

15-25 pounds. Depends on how well you follow it and how your body reacts, you will have to stick with it though.
