How much weight can i loss doing this?

Riding my Bike for 1 hour and walking 30-60 minutes everyday? I weight 280 pounds. Lets assume where I'm riding n walking is a flat surface n there no hills... how much weight can i loss in a week?? n yea im already in a diet.

the first week you should probably lose 5+ pounds.
every week after that you'll probably get lucky to lose 5 pounds or more.

I'm not exactly sure but we have a walkway by my home and we would see this women walking down it everyday and within a week she looked thinner, and mind you the walkway is about a mile. I think you'd lose weight in no time! great job and keep up the work!

You'll probably burn 500 calories riding your bike for an hour and 400 calories walking for an hour. That's about 6300 calories a week.

So, if your diet remains the same, you'll probably lose 2 pounds a week.
