I'm making chocolate pancakes. How much cocoa powder should I add with a mix that includes 1 cup of milk, 2 eggs, and 2 cups of original Bisquick pancake mix?

start with 2 tablespoons full and then taste.
You can always add more but you cannot remove too much!

start with 1/4 cup and add until it looks dark enough for you. You will have to add some sugar since cocoa powder is bitter. Probably 1-2 TBS of sugar per 1/4 cup of cocoa.
