Mon-aerobic exercise on the upper body
Tues-20mins yoga, 30mins rowing
Weds-aeorbic exercise on the upper body
Thurs-20mins yoga, 30mins rowing
Fri-nothing!!
Sat-30min walk
Sun-30mins rowing
Will this make a big difference to my body? How soon will I see results? How many cals should I consume along with this to maximize weight loss? I do very little exercise now, but eat ok. I want to lose about 40lbs (3 dress sizes), how long will it take? I want to maximise my weight loss/toning so I see quick results and don't give up!!
