4 slices of pizza(large)

1 pancake w/ a ton of whipped cream and butter

2 slices of cake including a ton of icing

2 cups soymilk with espresso

Pizza- 800-1000 calories

Pancake- 150 calories

Cakes- 500 calories

Soymilk with espressos- 100-150 calores

Total- 1550-1800 calories

around 2250 - 2300 calories. > providing that the slices of pizza are the normal 'large'. this is basically a whole days requirements of nutrients. if yu think u overdid it. ..and this is ALLL yu have had for the day so far, just do like an hour on the treamill , elliptical or any form of carido. this should knock off a good 500 calories and have you back on track. dont sweat it,,..we all mess up ;)
