It totally depends on how much you weigh, what activity you're doing, and the intensity of the activity.

You can enter in how many minutes you've spent doing each activity in the boxes on that webpage. Then just submit it, and it will calculate how many calories you've burned.
I think you should burn about 400-500 calories per workout. It may take about an hour to burn this much off, unless you're doing a really intense aerobic workout.
