I've been drinking so much water all day... probably like 12 glasses, no joke.
So, I didn't have breakfast. I was in too much of a hurry, lol.
For lunch I had a turkey sandwich with mayo on white bread & a water.
For a snack, I had a 100 cal pack of cereal.
I just had a turkey sandwich with a tad of zaziki sauce on Ezekiel bread. My dad is bringing me a smoothie. It has about 320 cal in it w/ fat burner.
How many calories & can I lose weight this way?
