How many calories do you eat in a day?!? Everyone reply.. ..More info inside...?

I am 5'10" and 175 lbs. w/ a pretty good muscle build.

I started cutting like 4 months ago and lost about 14 lbs.

I am trying to figure out the perfect number of calories to eat in a day in order to maintain weight and muscle on my body.

Whenever I do cardio, I just eat more...

But on an average day where I don't go for a walk or anything crazy...

My job is remote day-trading, so I am at a desk all day, besides cooking, dishes or other household chores.

To lose the weight, I ate somewhere between 1800-2700 calories/day.

To maintain, I am getting mixed numbers as far as all the "daily needs calculators" go. I get numbers ranging from 2300-2900 calories.

Anyone w/ similar measurements or just give me your daily intake. I upped mine to around 2500 everyday lately...so we'll see.

BTW, I am 23.
