I want to lose weight fast.I am working out and almost always moving now BUT I want to lose weight not starve thus gaining weight.
How many calories are needed not to enter "Starvation" mode halting my Metabolism?

Haha,I don't want to be one of those fat otaku/geeks I want to be a handsome guy who you only know is a geek when you hand him a lightsaber or a Limited Edition Neo Genesis Evengelion collector's item :) ( like a shinji Action Figure W00t!) and I haven't had a kiss on the lips since I was 7 or 8 and i never dated (To insecure at the moment because of body)
