I have been lifting weights that are about 40 to 50 pounds all over my body for 4 times a week for a while. I heard a while ago that you shouldn't lift weights every day because it could cause harm to your muscles. I didn't think that was happening to me because I felt fine. I realized this week that I haven't been getting results of any weight loss for a while. Could that have anything to do with my lifting habits or do I just need to pump up my workouts? Also I walk/speed walk for the same time as I lift, same number of days too. Please help.
