How long does an employer have to issue me a written warning?

Within a reasonable period of time. Usually, an employer tries to give you the written warning on your next shift, however, that's not always the case as they may need to speak to HR or a higher up first. As long as its done within a few days to a week...its fine.

it is up to the employer they can issue it whenever they like and it doesn't matter if it is the next day or 6 months later, they are not under any law they can do what they like
